Your First Visit at Our Sheboygan Practice
On your first visit, you will be greeted warmly by our friendly Heinen Chiropractic, S.C. staff upon your arrival, and be given our new patient paperwork to fill out concerning your condition. Then, you will have the opportunity to talk to the doctor, to discuss your condition in detail. After that, you will receive a thorough physical, orthopedic and neurological examination. This will include testing to determine the cause of your condition. If needed, this will be followed by digital x-rays or other images.
Planning Ahead For Your First Visit:
Then, you will be asked to return for a follow-up visit to discuss the findings of Dr. Heinen. Make sure you bring any x-rays that you have with you. It is also helpful to bring a listing of your current medications with you.
Your Second Visit to Our Sheboygan Practice
On your second visit, you will receive a comprehensive report from Dr. Heinen, concerning your condition. You will also receive your first chiropractic adjustment or treatment during this visit if it is shown to be necessary. You will be shown what your problem is, and how it should be addressed.
After this point, you will also be shown what care is recommended, and what the cost of this care will be. Everything regarding your care plan will be explained to you up front, so that there are no financial surprises to you later. We will also make any appropriate referrals, if chiropractic care is not appropriate for you.

With the groundwork laid, we can now continue to work with you at every visit to achieve your own unique health goals.
